![]() It gives me the impression that the new owners just don't want to spend a dime cleaning and being sure that the unit is ready for the next person, and if they are forced to clean, they are going to try to gouge us for as much as they can. But this list seems a bit excessive and the fees seem to be pulled completely out of someone's ass. The weird thing came when I saw the move out cleaning checklist.I never like to leave a place dirty when I leave, I don't think that's fair. I never have been asked to fill that form before, but I figured that was probably just a formality. That isn't a big deal, and she informed me I was "required" to fill an N9 form. We were told that we were required to give 60 days notice (which hardly changed our plans, so that's fine) even though we are on a month by month lease. The building that I rent an apartment in was bought out a few months ago and there have been some big red flags with the new owners, which lead to my wife and I concluding that we would be moving out.Anyhow, I informed our new super person (no idea what their title is, but they came in with the new owners) that we would be moving out.
